In a nutshell, Ryan exceeded my (high) expectations in every way possible. In less than 24 hours on the market, I had multiple low-contingency offers at full-price. A price, I might add, that I was skeptical we would achieve. But Ryan was more than confident, and so was his supporting team. And it played out beautifully from tasteful staging, targeted pre-marketing, to a packed caravan and well-attended first open house. I'm not an easy seller to represent. As a fast-paced entrepreneur who works from home and has high expectations of the people she works with, I warned Ryan upfront I would be a difficult client. He smiled and said he wasn't worried. Years back, I was looking for a property to rent in the San Diego area; having moved from out of state, Ryan didn't deal with rental properties but pointed me in a direction to assist, and I never forgot how helpful he was.
